House is the temporary homeless accommodation for Forest Heath District
Council is situated at 9 Bury Road, Newmarket. Open Door is the
managing agent and has provided premises management for the council
since 2003.The Council determines eligibility
for residence for homeless families or vulnerable people.
The St. Matthew’s Society provides
tenancy support.
Open Door can also assist
disadvantaged residents with furniture, clothing and
emergency food parcels.
